Job Details About your service: OSHC Coordinator relief work Location : Southern metropolitan regions including Belmore, Maroubra, Bankstown, and Georges Hall Position: Casual Hourly Rate: $37 to $43 Per Hour + Super  In addition, earn an extra 15% above the award wage listed in this ad as part of the Worker Retention Payment Scheme making the actual wage $43.13 to $51.41 per hour plus super. Role:  Work 2-3 or more shifts across both Before School Care and After School Care. Vacation Care: Be a part of an exciting vacation care program! With up to 6 hour shifts. Monday to Friday availability. Paid administrative time and regular training and development opportunities Your Impact: Key Responsibilities As our OSHC Service Coordinator you will: Be the Visionary : You’re the boss of the service! You’ll plan and program epic science experiments, sports tournaments, fun educational activities and creative arts that kids actually want to do! Safety First, Fun Always: Lead a safe, inclusive environment while every child feels like a rockstar.  Chef it up: Whip up healthy, tasty snacks that keep the energy levels high. Champion Quality: Work with your Programs Engagement Manager on Assessment & Ratings with the full backing of our compliance experts at our unit TEG Compass. The Community Connector : Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful, integrated OSHC programs. The Clockwork Catalyst: Manage the day-to-day "business" of the service, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. What You Bring to the Mix The Qualification: You’ve got (or are studying toward) a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care and more. The Essentials: A valid Working With Children Check, Child Protection Training Certificate, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management (willingness to obtain).
