Job Details About your service: Extend at Creswick Primary School Location: Creswick, VIC. Position: Casual Hourly Rate: $37 to $44 Per Hour + Super  In addition, earn an extra 15% above the award wage listed in this ad as part of the Worker Retention Payment Scheme making the actual wage between $43.13 to $51.41 per hour plus super. Role:  Before School Care: 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM. After School Care: 2:45 PM to 6:00 PM. Monday to Friday. Paid administrative time and regular training and development opportunities. Your Impact: Key Responsibilities As our OSHC Service Coordinator you will: Be the Visionary: You’re the boss of the service! You’ll plan and program epic science experiments, sports tournaments, fun educational activities and creative arts that kids actually want to do! Safety First, Fun Always: Lead a safe, inclusive environment while every child feels like a rockstar.  Chef it up: Whip up healthy, tasty snacks that keep the energy levels high. Champion Quality: Work with your Programs Engagement Manager on Assessment & Ratings with the full backing of our compliance experts at our unit TEG Compass. The Community Connector: Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful, integrated OSHC programs. The Clockwork Catalyst: Manage the day-to-day "business" of the service, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. What You Bring to the Mix T he Qualification: You’ve got (or are studying toward) a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care and more.
