Within Supply Chain Operations we are seeking a passionate Supply Chain Manager to join our growing team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in managing our Upstream Contract Manufacturers across multiple supply chains. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with global cross-functional teams working together to achieve extraordinary results. You will join a department of seven dedicated colleagues located In Hellerup, within our larger Global Supply Chain Management organization, having the key responsibility for managing all supply chain-related topics and commercial aspects with our Contract Manufacturers. We are a diverse team representing multiple nationalities, and our everyday atmosphere is characterized by laughter, can-do attitudes and a constant focus on making a difference.  Your key focus? Supplier Relationship Management - manage Contract Manufacturers across projects and supply chains Procurement - negotiate commercial terms with current and future Contract Manufacturers  Participate in the Sales and Operations Planning Process – execute operational, tactical & strategic planning    Drive and support projects & improvement initiatives Performance Management and Reporting – metrics, dashboards and management reporting Our ideal candidate You hold a relevant education within Supply Chain Management and have practical experience with end-to-end supply chain management. In addition, you have several years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry You can juggle many tasks while maintaining attention to detail and clear prioritization You are able to cooperate with multiple stakeholders and thrive in an international environment. You are a strong team player, analytical, and have a can-do attitude. You are proficient in English at a professional level, both written and spoken, and you master supply chain tools and systems You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in an informal, open environment where innovation and change are key - and no two days are alike    Traveling: 10 – 20days/year Office: Denmark, Tuborg Boulevard 12, Hellerup Apply now.
