Do you wish to work in an innovative pharmaceutical company, where you will work closely with our scientists and inventors, capturing new inventions, drafting and prosecuting patent applications and implementing patent strategies? If so, then this position could potentially be your perfect job.   Reporting directly to the VP IP Management you will be part of a small, highly specialized team. Your responsibilities: Identification of patenting opportunities, drafting of patent applications and development of suitable filing strategies Handling of all stages of patent prosecution, including requesting SPCs/PTEs where applicable Supporting the Patent Conflicts Team as needed Additional tasks based on experience and/or interest Your profile: Fully or partially qualified European patent attorney Excellent master’s degree in organic chemistry, pharmacy, biochemistry or related studies required; a PhD is desirable Proactive with attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and at least a willingness to learn German
