We are looking for a Compliance Associate to join Hayfin’s Central Compliance team. This is a broad exposure role supporting the day-to-day delivery and continued evolution of our compliance framework across the business. You will work across advisory, monitoring and regulatory matters, partnering with teams firmwide and contributing to a strong, forward-looking compliance culture. Responsibilities You will play a key part in the smooth running of our Compliance function, including: Supporting Code of Ethics oversight, certifications and compliance systems Acting as a first point of contact for employee compliance queries Assisting with regulatory reporting and management information Contributing to monitoring reviews, thematic work and control testing Supporting policy updates, regulatory change projects and wider compliance initiatives Delivering compliance onboarding and supporting ongoing training Ideally 4-5 years’ compliance experience within an alternative investment manager or private markets / private credit firm Strong knowledge of the UK regulatory framework for asset management businesses Experience across areas such as monitoring, Code of Ethics, SM&CR or regulatory change is advantageous Clear communicator with sound judgement and strong attention to detail Organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Collaborative, proactive and keen to broaden your exposure across the Compliance function
