SWOT Hospitality is seeking to recruit Μάγειρας Β' για το Marriott Luxury Collection στην Ζάκυνθο Καθήκοντα: Προετοιμασία γευμάτων σύμφωνα με τις συνταγές της κουζίνας. Συμμετοχή στην οργάνωση και καθαριότητα του χώρου της κουζίνας. Διασφάλιση ποιότητας πρώτων υλών και τελικών προϊόντων. Συνεργασία με την υπόλοιπη ομάδα κουζίνας για την καλή λειτουργία του τμήματος. Εκπαίδευση νέων μελών της ομάδας. Απαραίτητη προϋπηρεσία 1-2 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση. Γνώση των διαδικασιών και κανόνων ασφάλειας τροφίμων. Καλή γνώση της ελληνικής και αγγλικής γλώσσας. Δυνατότητα να εργάζεται σε ομάδα και υπό πίεση.
