Role Functions Manage and oversee the storage and inventory of supplies and materials. Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of stock levels, including incoming and outgoing inventory. Conduct regular audits and stock evaluations to prevent shortages or surplus supplies. Collaborate with department heads to ascertain their supply needs and manage ordering processes accordingly. Maintain a clean and organized storage environment to comply with company standards and safety regulations. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics to receive and distribute goods in a timely manner. Assist with monthly inventory reconciliations and provide suggestions for stock improvements. Relevant experience within the hospitality industry. Good knowledge of the English language.
