SWOT Hospitality is thrilled to announce the recruitment of a Food & Beverage Manager for an exciting new project in the beautiful island of Milos. About the role: As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be instrumental in establishing and leading the F&B operations of our new property. Your expertise will guide the development of innovative dining concepts that capture the essence of Milos, while delivering unparalleled service to our guests. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a brand-new venture, where your leadership will set the standard for excellence in food and beverage offerings. Key areas of responsibility: Develop and implement a strategic F&B plan aligned with the overall vision of the new property. Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of the F&B team, fostering a culture of service excellence. Design and curate exceptional menus that reflect local ingredients and culinary traditions. Manage budgets and financial performance, driving revenue while controlling costs effectively. Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and service are maintained throughout the F&B operations. Analyze guest feedback and market trends to continuously enhance the dining experience. Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager in a hotel, resort, or restaurant environment, with a focus on luxury service. Strong leadership skills and a track record of effectively managing and developing teams. Experience in menu design and knowledge of current food and beverage trends. Excellent financial management skills and experience with budget forecasting. Fluency in English; knowledge of Greek or other languages is a plus.
