SWOT Hospitality is seeking an experienced Captain for the renowned Porto Carras resort. The Captain will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery in a luxury dining environment, overseeing the dining team and ensuring our guests receive a memorable experience. Responsibilities Supervise and manage the dining service team, ensuring high standards of guest service and hospitality are maintained Train, mentor, and motivate staff to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company standards Coordinate the set-up and service for all dining events, including weddings, banquets, and private functions Maintain an organized environment, overseeing table settings, service timing, and attention to guests' needs Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally to enhance overall guest satisfaction Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all dining areas Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination on service delivery Proven experience as a Captain or in a supervisory role in fine dining or luxury hospitality settings Strong leadership abilities with a passion for providing excellent guest service Fluent in English and Greek; additional languages are a plus Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of various cuisines and wine pairing will be advantageous Relevant qualifications in Hospitality Management or a related field are preferred
