SWOT Hospitality Management Company is seeking an accomplished Chef de Cuisine for the prestigious Porto Carras , a leading hospitality destination renowned for its exceptional dining experiences.   As the Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes that reflect the brand’s standards and enhance the guest experience.   Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all kitchen operations including menu planning, food preparation, and quality control. Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, encouraging teamwork and ensuring high standards of food hygiene and presentation. Develop innovative and seasonal menus that showcase local ingredients and culinary trends. Monitor food and labor costs and implement strategies to optimize efficiencies without compromising quality. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Foster a positive and productive work culture within the kitchen team. Engage with guests to receive feedback and make adjustments to enhance their dining experience.   ·        Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a leadership culinary role. ·        Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury hotel or restaurant kitchens. ·        Strong leadership and communication skills. ·        Extensive knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. ·        Ability to create innovative and diverse culinary offerings.
