SWOT Hospitality is seeking to hire a Food & Beverage Supervisor for Kosea Boutique Hotel About the role: The Food & Beverage Supervisor will play a key role in managing the daily operations of our restaurant and bar, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will assist in overseeing the F&B team, maintaining high standards of service, and upholding the quality of food and drinks offered. Key responsibilities: Supervise daily F&B operations and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure quality food and beverage services. Assist in training, motivating, and developing a skilled F&B team that follows service standards and enhances guest satisfaction. Monitor guest feedback and resolve any complaints or issues to maintain high satisfaction levels. Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and drinks, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. Handle inventory management including ordering, stocking, and maintaining F&B supplies. Ensure that the F&B areas are clean and well-maintained. Participate in menu planning and collaborate with the kitchen team to develop seasonal offerings. Assist in achieving financial goals through effective cost control and revenue management strategies. Degree in Hospitality Management, Food Science, or related field. Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage sector. Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English; knowledge of a third language is a plus. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and support team members. Proficiency in using Restaurant Management Software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a customer-focused attitude.
