SWOT Hospitality is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity at Kosea Boutique Hotel in Kos. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Bartender to join our renowned team. Prepare & serve a variety of beverages in accordance with the company's F&B standards. Ensure guests receive an exceptional level of service, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front and back bar areas. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Adhere to hygiene and grooming standards at all times. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a boutique hotel or premium environment. Fluency in Greek and English; additional languages are a plus. Demonstrated passion for hospitality and a positive, can-do attitude. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
