Η SWOT Hospitality Management Company αναζητά να προσλάβει για το Luxury Collection Marriott Zakynthos , για τη σεζόν 2026: Cook A' / Μάγειρας Α' Καθήκοντα: Διαχείριση της κουζίνας και επίβλεψη του προσωπικού μαγειρικής. Προετοιμασία και μαγείρεμα πιάτων υψηλής ποιότητας σύμφωνα με τις συνταγές και τα πρότυπα του ξενοδοχείου. Εκπαίδευση και καθοδήγηση των νεότερων μελών της ομάδας. Διασφάλιση της συμμόρφωσης προς τις διαδικασίες υγιεινής και ασφάλειας τροφίμων. Συνεργασία με άλλες ομάδες του ξενοδοχείου για την ομαλή λειτουργία της υπηρεσίας. Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε θέση μαγείρου Α' ή Chef de Partie σε ανώτερο επίπεδο. Πτυχίο μαγειρικής ή σχετική πιστοποίηση. Άριστες γνώσεις διαδικασιών υγιεινής και ασφάλειας τροφίμων. Διαπροσωπικές επιστημονικές δεξιότητες και ηγετικά προσόντα. Πάθος για τη μαγειρική και δημιουργική προσέγγιση στην προετοιμασία φαγητού.
