We’re looking for developers who have a solid understanding of software architecture fundamentals — including design patterns, system components, and how modules interact within a broader system. You understand that writing code is only part of the job; designing scalable, maintainable, and efficient solutions is what truly makes great software. At Civica, you’ll have the space to innovate, the support to grow, and the chance to work alongside talented engineers who value clean code, collaboration, and best practices. What You’ll Bring A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a relevant technical role. Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. Strong understanding of security best practices and how to apply them throughout the development process. Solid knowledge of the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Proficiency with essential development tools, including version control systems, IDEs, and project management platforms to support effective collaboration and efficient delivery. Technical Proficiency: Strong experience developing applications with ASP.NET MVC using C#.NET. Proficiency in ASP.NET Web Forms with C#.NET. Experience designing, building, and consuming Web APIs. Proficient understanding of SQL Server. Experience with client-side frameworks, particularly Blazor. Strong front-end development skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
