Build and maintain robust tooling and processes that increase release confidence, reduce operational risk, and enable fast, high-quality software delivery across the organization. Key Duties (Design → Systematize → Build → Validate → Observe → Evolve ) Design and evolve the technical release model, including versioning, configuration management, deployment logic, promotion flow, and validation points Implement the release model through production-grade release tooling, deployment automation, and configuration handling Build and operate the global release pipeline, including application deployment and release-specific configuration, supporting releases end to end during release windows Monitor release pipeline behavior, deployment outcomes, and system health signals related to releases Provide structured feedback to engineering teams based on deployment behavior, failure patterns, and release-related incidents Improve release tooling, deployment mechanisms, and the release model based on observed failures, feedback, and scale needs Role specific competences Minimum three years of recent, hands-on experience building and evolving CI/CD automation in production environments. Experience providing technical leadership and influencing engineering teams through system design and engineering standards. Ability to diagnose complex release and deployment failures and implement durable improvements. Success Criteria The success of this role is measured by a clear, well-adopted technical release model and reliable release tooling that enable correct configuration, repeatable deployments, and low-risk releases at scale.
