Are you passionate about databases, data analysis, and data migration? We're looking for an agile and highly motivated Data Migration Engineer / Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Athens or work remotely. Join us and be a part of a professional team that leverages state-of-the-art technologies to deliver challenging IT software projects for major international public organizations. What You'll Do: Study, extract, and analyze data from various data sources, elaborating a quality data analysis; Create an inventory of all data that needs to be migrated; Provide technical support for the smooth and efficient data migration process; Create test cases for the migration testing and verification; Create relevant business and technical documentation; Automate the migration process through CI tools (e.g. Jenkins); Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of migrated data; Collaborate in a multinational environment, adhering to highly professional standards and methods. University degree in IT or other related fields; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Experience as a business/data analyst; Experience with modern database systems (MSQL, Postgres); Software development experience using statistical computer languages (Python), including programming skills in JAVA and SQL; Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; Experience with ETL (Extract, transform, load) and ELT methods, for data extraction and manipulation.
