You'll play a vital role in providing support services for IT systems that drive the operations of major clients worldwide, with opportunities for growth and development. What You'll Do: Daily support, assistance, and guidance of the end-users; Incident analysis, investigation, diagnosis, reporting, and resolution; Update of system documentation (e.g. Functional System Specifications and User Manuals); Participation in meetings, testing, training, and end-user support activities; Reporting of test results and proper classification of possible incidents (i.e. software defects/new functionality), using the relevant tracking tools and procedures. University degree in an IT-related field; Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools and Internet technologies; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; Written and oral communication skills in French or Dutch will be considered an asset.
