Are you ready to join a dynamic team at EUROPEAN DYNAMICS? We are seeking a talented IT Engineer (Helpdesk) , to join our expanding development teams. Tasks : The successful candidate responsibilities will include: Responding promptly to helpdesk tickets; Providing operational support for issues related to Azure cloud applications; Handling daily ad hoc requests and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor; Supporting DevOps-related tasks. Mandatory Qualifications: Ability to work remotely from an EU Member State; Availability for night and weekend on-call shifts. (On-call basis: the engineer is contacted only if a ticket is raised); Basic understanding of cloud technologies; Freelance and part-time engagement options are supported.
