We currently have a vacancy for a highly motivated Museum Management Consultant , to handle a variety of Museum management related duties. Main responsibilities and t asks Coordination of the Museum’s activities and management of its collections; Events organisation; Planning and management of visits, and educational programs at the Museum; Management of the Museum’s social media; Public and media relations; Monitoring of publications; Monitoring of projects related to the Museum; Networking with other Museums and art gallery professionals; Monitoring the Museum’s website; Cooperation with Museum staff; Liaising with the Management Board; Liaising and communication with Suppliers. Desired skills & Experience: Bachelor degree in a field related to the above; Excellent command of English, both written and oral; Good Knowledge of French, German or other European languages will be appreciated; Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office, use of Internet and social media; Experience between 3-5 years in a relevant position. Inter-personal Competencies: Ability to deliver in-line with high quality standards and attention to detail; Excellent communication skills, both writing and verbally; Integrity and openness; Ability to handle stress and deadlines; Positive, results oriented, “can do” attitude; Open to learning and continuous improvement; Ability to prioritize and plan work activities, efficient use of time.
