Alumil, one of the most evolved and technologically advanced groups in research, development and production of architectural aluminium systems in Europe, desires to cover the following position: Marketing Coordinator (Greece & Cyprus) Who are we looking for? We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will play a key role in planning and executing our Marketing activities in Greece and Cyprus, ensuring consistent brand visibility and strong market presence across all communication channels. The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects in parallel—from campaign execution and content coordination to events and showroom experience. Some key character traits that describe the way you work are attention to detail, initiative, ownership, and collaboration. What about your daily routine? As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring and tracking the implementation of the Sales & Marketing Plan for Greece and Cyprus, ensuring proper execution and alignment with targets and timelines. On a daily basis, you will support the execution of integrated campaigns (digital, media and print), coordinate with advertising agencies and media partners, and oversee the timely production of marketing materials and content (social posts, newsletters, press releases, product communications). You will also contribute to the planning and delivery of events, trade fairs and webinars, monitor showroom traffic and visitor experience in collaboration with showroom teams, and prepare market research, reports and performance insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (a specialization in Marketing would be a plus) 3-5 years experience in a similar role Very good knowledge of Digital Marketing Proficiency in English (an additional language would be a plus) Very good knowledge of computers Organizational & communicational skills, attention to detail, critical thinking
