What You Will Work On The Growth department oversees the entire gaming ecosystem, including Sportsbook, Casino & Online Casino The team manages the full suite of rewards and interaction layers, specifically bonuses, tokens, game mechanics, communications, and social interactions Drive the full product lifecycle and defining the strategic roadmap, along with the product growth team, while executing new development and optimizing the existing portfolio to meet company goal Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and player behavior. Use data-driven insights to optimize your products and offer the best experience in the industry.  Collect and analyze customer feedback to continually improve bonus offerings and resolve issues. Use customer insights to inform product decisions.  Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of your product category. Monitor them regularly and make data-driven adjustments as necessary.  Stay informed about gambling regulations and ensure that all bonus features and promotions comply with legal requirements.  Communicate / pitch the product's strategy, progress and results to internal and external stakeholders, including CRM, Commercial and Compliance teams. Act as a mentor and guide for Product Owners, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement within the team Work closely with Product Managers from other verticals to ensure alignment across the company What you bring 5+ years of experience with a successful track record in product management, utilizing best practices, tools and techniques In-depth understanding of product management lifecycle, agile and lean methodologies;  Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform product decisions Ability to lead and influence others and to build strong relationships Innovative and entrepreneurial spirit Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Proficiency in English Exposure to the betting industry and/or CRM-related field will be a plus Proven problem-solving skills and ability to identify process inefficiencies Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively Experience with project management and product tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, BI dashboards) is a plus A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field will be considered a plus What we offer We truly value our people at Novibet!
