What you will work on Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests Provide technical support across the company (in person, email, chat, or phone) Set up accounts for new users Repair and replace equipment as necessary Keep updated the asset management system and hardware inventory Ensure all issues are properly logged Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues Coordinate the purchase and deployment of new computer hardware What you bring University and/or Postgraduate Degree in a relevant field 1-3 years of relevant working experience in a similar position A technical, logical thought process Problem-solving skills An ability to stick to strict deadlines, to prioritise and delegate A keen eye for detail English language (both verbal and written) Computer literacy What we offer We truly value our people at Novibet!
