Let’s grow together. #LI-Hybrid Responsibilities Lead the design, implementation, and execution of automated test frameworks to ensure the quality and integrity of Public’s web platform. Define and drive the overall QA automation strategy across UI and REST layers. Design, implement, and maintain Grafana dashboards to visualize QA automation metrics, test coverage, and execution trends, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. Oversee the maintenance, scalability, and continuous improvement of automated test infrastructure. Mentor and guide QA automation engineers, promoting best practices and technical excellence. Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality releases. Review and approve detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. Ensure full regression coverage and coordinate thorough regression testing for resolved defects and new releases. Monitor test automation execution, analyze results, and provide actionable quality metrics to stakeholders. Identify gaps in testing processes and propose innovative testing methods, tools, and frameworks. Lead automation integration within CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing. Ensure effective defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution with development teams. Drive improvements in test coverage, reliability, and execution performance. Contribute to release planning and risk assessment from a quality perspective. Requirements University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. 4+ years of experience in QA automation, with at least 1+ year in a leadership or mentoring role. Strong programming experience in Java (3+ years). Solid hands-on experience with web automation frameworks such as Selenium and RestAssured. Proven experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch. Experience working with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins) and integrating automated tests into pipelines. Strong knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git). Experience with REST APIs testing tools (e.g., Postman). Experience with issue and project tracking tools (Jira and the Atlassian product stack). Working knowledge of databases (SQL, MongoDB, InfluxDB) for backend validation. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to manage priorities, mentor team members, and drive quality ownership across teams.
