Als Marketing Specialist (m/w/x) wirst du Teil unseres dynamischen Teams und trägst maßgeblich dazu bei, unsere Markenpräsenz weiter auszubauen. Du planst Events, setzt Kampagnen um, entwickelst überzeugende Marketingmaterialien – und hast die Möglichkeit, eigene Ideen einzubringen und sichtbar zum Wachstum des Unternehmens beizutragen. Deine Aufgaben: Organisation und Betreuung unserer Messeauftritte, Workshops und Outreach‑Events inklusive sicherer, budgetgerechter und qualitativ hochwertiger Umsetzung Abstimmung mit Admin‑, RMA‑ und Versandteams, damit Demo‑Geräte und Marketingmaterialien rechtzeitig ankommen und zurückgesendet werden Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Sales, HR, Technical Support und weiteren Bereichen zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung ihrer Marketingbedarfe Erstellung, Organisation und Verteilung von Marketingmaterialien wie Broschüren, Flyern, Social‑Media‑Content, Webinhalten, Präsentationen und Postern in Kooperation mit dem der Marketing Manager in EMEA Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Markenqualität sowie aktueller, hochwertiger und korrekt gebrandeter Inhalte Planung und Durchführung wirkungsvoller Marketingkampagnen für Produkte und Produktlinien gemeinsam mit Engineering und Sales Development Nutzung von Analyse‑ und Reporting‑Tools zur Auswertung und Dokumentation der Performance unserer Marketingmaßnahmen Unterstützung bei Design‑, Text‑, Foto‑ und Video‑Projekten und Einbringen kreativer Ideen 3–5+ Jahre Erfahrung im Marketing, in der Kommunikation oder in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld Praktische Erfahrungen in Eventplanung, Projektmanagement und Kommunikation Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Freude an internationaler, interkultureller Zusammenarbeit Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und ein hohes Maß an Detailgenauigkeit Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Multitasking‑Fähigkeiten und zuverlässiges Einhalten von Deadlines Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Excel, Word und PowerPoint Von Vorteil: Erfahrung mit Adobe Creative Suite Ebenfalls von Vorteil: Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics D365 oder Microsoft CRM
