Im Einzelnen, aber nicht ausschließlich, nehmen die Mitarbeitenden unseres Kalibrierlabors folgende Aufgaben wahr: Kalibrierung von optischen und elektrischen Mess- und Prüfmitteln Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Messungen Bewertung von Messergebnissen Erstellen von Ergebnisberichten (Kalibrier- oder Prüfscheine) und Unterzeichnung als Bearbeiter, sofern dies so vorgesehen ist Durchführung von Inspektions- und Wartungsmaßnahmen an den Kalibrieraufbauten Planung und Durchführung von Rekalibrierungen im Bereich der Messmittelüberwachung Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Entwicklung von Messverfahren und Arbeitsanweisungen Mitwirkung, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung des QM-Systems Handwerkliches Geschick in Messtechnik, Justage und Wartung Sicheres und fehlerfreies Arbeiten nach Arbeitsanweisungen Grundverständnis der Messtechnik für optische und elektrische Größen Fähigkeit zur strukturierten Fehlererfassung und nachvollziehbaren Dokumentation Gute Deutschkenntnisse Ausbildung/Qualifikation Abgeschlossene physikalisch-technische, optische oder elektronische Ausbildung Optional: Weiterbildung zum/zur Techniker/-in oder Meister/-in bzw. Studium im Bereich Technik/Physik Erfahrung in der Mess- und Prüftechnik, idealerweise mit Branchenerfahrung Kenntnisse der Kalibrierung nach DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 Für Berufsanfänger und Quereinsteiger ist praktische Messtechnikerfahrung erforderlich
