Als Customer Service Sachbearbeiter/in (m/w/x) bist du eine zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kund:innen, Vertrieb und internen Abteilungen in einem internationalen, europäischen Umfeld. Du arbeitest eng in einem europäischen Team zusammen; am Standort Bergkirchen sind rund 25 Kolleg:innen tätig. Gemeinsam behaltet ihr Kundenanliegen im Blick und stellt sicher, dass Aufträge zuverlässig und effizient abgewickelt werden. In einem lebendigen Arbeitsumfeld übernimmst du Verantwortung, bringst Struktur in Prozesse und trägst mit deinem ausgeprägten Serviceverständnis direkt zur Kundenzufriedenheit und zum Vertriebserfolg bei. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem: Kommunikation über Telefon und E-Mail Annahme und tagesgenaue Abwicklung sämtlicher Aufträge im EDV-System Strukturierung komplexer Aufträge für den Verarbeitungsprozess Verfolgung der termingerechten Auslieferung und stetige Kommunikation mit Kund*innen bei Terminverzögerungen Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung Sorgfältige, strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise bei der Bearbeitung von Aufträgen Hohe Service- und Kund:innenorientierung Belastbar, teamfähig und kommunikationsstark Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse Du bist eine sorgfältige, serviceorientierte Person, die gerne administrative Aufgaben übernimmt, bei denen der Computer dein wichtigstes Arbeitsmittel ist und du mühelos internationale Kontakte knüpfst. Du arbeitest verantwortungsbewusst, findest schnell passende Lösungen und fühlst dich sowohl im selbstständigen Arbeiten als auch im Team wohl. Herausforderungen siehst du als etwas, das man aktiv angeht. Dank deiner Anpassungsfähigkeit leistest du einen nachhaltigen Beitrag zum gemeinsamen Erfolg des Unternehmens.
