We are looking for a Desktop Support Specialist to join our team and work with a leading banking institution to ensure seamless IT operations. Location: Bengaluru / Chennai Experience: 4+ years in IT Operations (3+ years in banking preferred) Availability: Immediate joiners preferred Role Responsibilities As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will: Provide technical support for devices and platforms such as Windows 10, Mac OS, iOS, Android, Microsoft Surface, and more. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless IT operations. Manage and resolve tickets while adhering to SLAs and maintaining proper documentation. Contribute to process automation and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience is essential. Experience: 4+ years of IT operations experience in large-scale environments (4000+ users). At least 3 years of experience supporting IT operations within the banking sector. Technical Skills: Expertise in end-user technologies, including troubleshooting complex hardware/software issues. Strong understanding of Avaya, Polycom, mobile devices (iOS/Android), and ITIL practices. Knowledge of IT service tools and processes to drive operational excellence. Behavioral Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and customer-oriented mindset. Ability to work under pressure and manage complex tasks effectively. Why Join Us?
