This role will involve producing high-quality rendering materials for various projects, ensuring that our visual standards are met. You will also communicate directly with our clients, so any German & French language skills are an advantage. The internal communication language is English. Your Responsibilities: Develop and execute detailed rendering processes to create stunning visuals for marketing real estate properties. Optimize rendering workflows for efficiency while maintaining the highest quality outputs. Stay updated with the latest rendering technologies and techniques. Present rendering drafts to stakeholders and implement feedback accordingly. Proven experience as a Render Professional or similar role, ideally within the architecture or real estate sector. Expert knowledge of rendering software such as 3ds Max & Corona. Strong understanding of lighting, materials, and texture mapping. Familiarity with photo-mapping renderings. Excellent attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Strong communication skills and ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
