We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join a dedicated skilled nursing facility in San Jose, CA . Details of the role: Anticipated start date: Flexible Salary range: Up to $1,800 weekly Anticipated duration of contract: 13 weeks Clinical Duties: Implement PT-directed treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercise and mobility training Assist with gait, balance, and transfers Monitor patient response and report changes to PT Document treatments accurately and timely Support fall prevention and safety measures Collaborate with interdisciplinary team Educate residents on exercises and safety Assist with discharge planning Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Active California PTA license Strong communication and teamwork skills Job ID: 204 Interested in other roles nationwide?
