We are currently partnering with a dynamic organization in Stony Brook, NY seeking a skilled Talent Development Specialist to support learning initiatives and drive employee growth. Position Overview The Talent Development Specialist will support the design, coordination, and delivery of learning and development (L&D) programs that enhance employee performance and organizational effectiveness. This individual will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to assess training needs, implement programs, and evaluate outcomes.
