The Role and Responsibilities A new role has arisen for an Account Lead to join our Hydraulic Products Sales team based here at EnerMech in Aberdeen. This is a permanent role based at our offices in Aberdeen, reporting to the Team Lead. Day to day duties and responsibilities will include; Be responsible for a key client account, and accountable for the timely and effective delivery of all contracted services Technical reviews of customer enquiries to determine requirements To process sales enquiries/orders and managing orders through to payment Develop and Maintain good customer relationships for key accounts Responsible for ensuring accounts payable invoices are completed weekly, complete weekly sales tracker updates or pass information on for update as appropriate Responsible for ensuring client specific requirements are met, i.e. submission of Monthly client reporting The Requirements To be successful for this position you will ideally have previous experience managing a key client account and have demonstrable experience of building long lasting relationships with customers. Previous experience in a Technical Sales role would be advantageous. You will be proficient in using Microsoft systems, Excel, Word etc and have a good commercial and financial understanding. You will be organised, have great attention to detail and a good communicator to both internal and external stakeholders.
