Job Overview OB/GYN Physician $375,000 Base Salary Guarantee Relocation and Sign-on Bonus  FT Position This full-time OB/GYN physician position provides comprehensive women’s health services across outpatient clinic settings with hospital-based deliveries. The role includes preventive care, prenatal and postpartum management, high-risk pregnancy care, and minimally invasive gynecologic procedures. Physicians practice in a collaborative environment with robust clinical and ancillary support. Full-time employment opportunity Average 22 to 25 clinic patients per day Practice across outpatient clinics in Los Gatos and Mountain View, CA Average 3 to 4 deliveries per call Call schedule of approximately 1:10, or 3 calls per month Established group of OB/GYN physicians and gynecology specialists Full-scope women’s health including well-woman care, prenatal planning, high-risk obstetrics, postpartum care, in-office procedures, and surgical gynecology Access to specialty support, anesthesia, neonatology, and obstetric hospitalist coverage Diverse patient population with strong continuity of care Requirements to Apply MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology Eligible for medical licensure in the State of California Minimum 2 years of OB/GYN experience preferred, but new graduates encouraged to apply Commitment to full-scope women’s health and patient-centered care Strong collaboration and communication skills
