Start Date: ASAP (Bundle scheduling) 3 week to 4 week schedule Shift Time: 6:45pm-7:15am Hourly pay: $45-$47 Requirements: 1+yrs TELE or PCU expierence Daily Pay Option Responsibilities Deliver high-quality patient care in the Telemetry or PCU setting. Monitor and assess patients' health status and vital signs frequently and systematically. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures. Document patient care activities accurately and timely in the electronic health records. Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies, implementing appropriate interventions. Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Minimum of one year of clinical experience in a Tele or PCU setting. Strong knowledge of applicable nursing principles, practices, and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and team members. Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure environments. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
