Medical Surgical Nursing Start Date: ASAP Shift: 12-hour shifts (Day) EPIC and Cerner experience required Competitive estimated pay package: $1500 Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to patients recovering from surgery or dealing with various medical conditions. Monitor vital signs and manage patient care plans under the direction of a physician or nurse manager. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed. Communicate with patients and their families to provide support and education regarding care plans. Document patient progress and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team promptly. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain a clean and safe work environment following hospital protocols and guidelines. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of practice. At least 1-2 years of experience in Medical Surgical Nursing. Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and guidelines.
