Start Date: Immediate Shift: 7:00am - 7:30pm Contract Duration: 13 weeks Patient Population: Med/Surg patients with a variety of conditions Estimated Pay Package: $1950 (including Stipend) Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to surgical and medical patients. Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient health status. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders. Monitor and document patient progress and respond to changes in condition. Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning. Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients. Current and valid RN license in the state of practice. Minimum of 2 year of Med/Surg/Hospital experience preferred. BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
