Now Hiring: Care Coordinator | Private Duty Nursing Maryland Heights, MO Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is looking for a highly organized Care Coordinator to help manage daily scheduling and operations for our Private Duty Nursing team. If you are someone who enjoys staying busy, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly, this is a role where your work truly matters. Every schedule you coordinate helps ensure pediatric clients receive the care they depend on.
