Weekend Direct Support Professional Joplin, MO Schedule: Saturday 10 am to 8 pm Sunday 8 am to 9 pm Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is seeking a skilled and compassionate Direct Support Professional to provide one on one care for a valued member of the Joplin community. Prior experience working with clients who have Down syndrome is strongly preferred. This position is ideal for someone who is patient, a strong listener, and committed to helping others make healthier choices in meals and daily living. You will play a vital role in supporting independence, encouraging positive routines, and improving overall quality of life.
