We’re looking for an experienced RN Nurse Supervisor to support our Advanced Personal Care clients and nursing team in the Independence area. Why You’ll Love It Here Health benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision & 401(k) Supportive culture with a strong team atmosphere Paid training (in office or on the job) PTO accrual after 90 days Work that truly matters — to patients, families, and caregivers What You’ll Do Complete client visits, including initial and reassessment visits for APC clients Build strong relationships with staff, caseworkers, patients, and families Provide training, APC certification support, and in-services for nursing staff Supervise, mentor, coach, and evaluate professional nurses Ensure nursing services meet company and state requirements Serve as a clinical resource to the care team Maintain timely and accurate electronic documentation Participate in quality initiatives, meetings, and education Assist with hiring and onboarding as needed Jump in where needed — because teamwork matters What You’ll Need Active RN license Graduate of an approved nursing program 1+ year of professional nursing experience (within the last 3 years) Supervisory experience preferred Home Health experience preferred Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Positive, professional, people-first attitude Why Phoenix We walk the journey with you — creating new beginnings for our clinicians and the clients we serve.
