The Opportunity We're hiring a Director of Creative Marketing to lead our creative vision, enhance brand identity, and develop impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with our audiences and drive engagement. This role is ideal for a creative leader who thrives on conceptualizing bold ideas and bringing them to life with exceptional execution. What You'll Do Develop and execute the creative marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and support patient acquisition efforts across key markets and service lines. Lead and develop a high-performing creative team across design, content creation, copywriting, and multimedia production. Define and champion the brand's visual identity, voice, and messaging, ensuring consistency across all platforms and touchpoints. Oversee the development and execution of integrated creative campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, advertising, and collateral materials. Build scalable creative systems and processes for content development, asset management, and quality control. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, clinical, operational, and executive teams to ensure creative output aligns with overall business objectives. Monitor creative and industry trends, patient behavior, and competitor creative strategies to inform innovative approaches. Partner with Talent Acquisition to elevate employment branding and support candidate marketing/sourcing efforts through creative content. Report regularly on creative performance, brand sentiment, and opportunities for optimization.   What You Bring 10+ years of leadership experience in creative roles within marketing or advertising, ideally in healthcare or consumer services with a strong emphasis on brand storytelling. Proven success in developing and executing highly impactful creative campaigns that achieve measurable results. Strong leadership, mentorship, and team-building skills within a creative environment. Expertise in brand strategy, creative direction, content creation across various media (digital, print, video), and performance analytics related to creative output. Experience in employment branding and talent marketing through creative initiatives is a plus.
