The Role:   Revenue Cycle Manager | ON-SITE: Las Colinas, TX The Revenue Cycle Manager will lead a dynamic billing team at the heart of a fast-growing, multi-state provider group—where precision meets progress. From resolving patient concerns with empathy to ensuring airtight compliance, you’re the force behind seamless revenue flow. All while cultivating a positive, problem-solving culture that’s always leveling up. What You’ll Do: Lead an internal team of billing specialists for a multi-state provider group Track and report on key performance indicators Ensure timely claims submissions, denial management, payment posting Drive billing process optimization across offices and functions Coordinate resolution of patient concerns regarding claims processing and billing issues Improve policies and procedures for decreasing Days in A/R Ensure integrity and compliance in all collection-related processes Promote a team culture where all employees are positive , solution oriented, and pursue continued improvement What You Need: Sincere commitment and desire to help patients take back their lives from their health struggles 3+ years of team leadership, including 2 in billing; skilled in hiring, training, performance management, and team engagement Identify and communicate ways to boost team performance and meet key financial KPIs Support management in spotting barriers to financial performance (e.g., charge capture, denials, collections, coding, payor issues) Experience with all areas of billing noted above Professional billing (not facility), mental health preferred Process development and continuous improvement Professionalism in dress and conduct Strong critical thinking & attention to detail Time management, excellent communication, and objectivity Sense of urgency and desire to achieve results Why You’ll Love Working at Serenity:  Get paid what you’re worth Luxe-level benefits: We cover 90% of medical, dental & vision  401(k) – because your future deserves self-care too  Life happens; we’ve got you covered  — Life & Short-Term Disability Insurance 10 PTO days (15 days after first year) + 10 paid holidays to rest, reset, and recharge  Who We Are:  Using advanced medical devices recently released to market, Serenity Healthcare gives our patients long-term success even when other treatments have failed.
