Egypt Education Platform is excited to announce the vacancy for a Learning Support Assistant to start in March 2026 . This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about supporting students with diverse learning needs at GEMS British International School Of Madinaty . The ideal candidate will work closely with educators to foster an inclusive learning environment tailored to each student’s unique requirements. Key Responsibilities: Assist in delivering customized educational programs aimed at supporting students with various learning challenges. Work collaboratively with classroom teachers to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapt lesson plans as necessary. Provide direct support to students during lessons, helping them engage with the curriculum and promoting their academic success. Monitor student progress closely, documenting observations and providing feedback regarding their development. Encourage students’ social interactions and assist in the cultivation of positive peer relationships within the classroom. Help maintain an organized and supportive classroom environment that is conducive to learning. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to improve instructional strategies and support practices. A relevant degree or qualification in Education, Special Education, or Child Development is preferred. Experience working with students with diverse learning needs is highly desirable. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with students, teachers, and parents. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to the educational success of all students. Ability to adapt teaching methods and resources to meet individual learning styles. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. A commitment to promoting an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.
