Egypt Education Platform is seeking a dedicated and proactive Parents Relation Executive to join our team at the National School. This role is essential for fostering positive relationships between the school, parents, and the community, ensuring effective communication and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and suggestions with professionalism and courtesy. Organize and facilitate parent meetings, workshops, and school events, encouraging active participation and collaboration. Maintain accurate records of parent interactions and follow up on issues, ensuring that all concerns are addressed promptly. Collaborate with school administration and staff to develop strategies that enhance parental involvement and support student success. Conduct surveys and gather feedback from parents to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Develop and distribute informative materials that communicate school policies, programs, and events effectively to parents. Assist in marketing and promotional activities to engage the community and promote the school. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, Social Work, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or relations role, preferably in an educational setting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to relate effectively to parents, students, and staff. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in MS Office and experience with CRM software is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a commitment to the school’s mission and values. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing the parental experience and ensuring that families feel valued and connected to the school community.
