Responsibilities: Implement a well-structured curriculum that adheres to the national standards and promotes active learning. Design and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students in the primary grades. Assess and track student progress, providing feedback to inform instruction and support individual learning plans. Establish a positive classroom environment that encourages student interaction and participation. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to update them on student progress and involve them in the educational process. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the overall school environment. Contribute to school events and extracurricular activities that enrich student experiences and build community. Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE or an equivalent teaching qualification. Previous experience in a primary teaching role is preferred, but not mandatory. Strong organizational and classroom management skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the varied needs of students. Enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to continuous professional development.
