Egypt Education Platform is currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic EYFS Head for immediate hiring at GEMS British International School of Madinaty . The EYFS Head will lead and manage the Early Years Foundation Stage, ensuring a high-quality educational experience for our youngest learners that aligns with our school’s ethos and objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of an engaging and effective EYFS curriculum that meets the needs of all children. Manage and support the EYFS staff, providing guidance, mentoring, and professional development opportunities. Ensure compliance with all educational standards and regulations, maintaining high standards of safeguarding and welfare for all children. Monitor and assess children's progress and development, implementing strategies to support individual learning needs. Foster strong partnerships with parents and the community to engage families in their children's learning and development. Create a stimulating, safe, and nurturing learning environment that supports holistic development. Promote innovative teaching and learning practices that encourage exploration, creativity, and interconnected learning. Work collaboratively with the leadership team to support school-wide initiatives, objectives, and improvements. Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field; a Master’s degree or leadership qualification is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in early years education with a strong background in EYFS leadership. In-depth knowledge of EYFS curriculum and best practices in early childhood education. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment for both staff and children. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Commitment to promoting the welfare and development of children.
