Egypt Education Platform is excited to welcome applications for the position of Homeroom Teacher (Y2) for our esteemed institution, Westview International Language School. We are seeking to immediately hire an experienced and passionate educator who is dedicated to creating a supportive and vibrant learning environment for our Year 2 students. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the Year 2 curriculum. Monitor and assess student progress, providing individualized support and feedback to enhance learning outcomes. Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom culture that promotes positive social interactions and collaboration amongst students. Work collaboratively with colleagues to create an integrated and enriching educational program. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress and encouraging their involvement in the educational process. Participate in professional development opportunities to continue enhancing instructional practices and pedagogical skills. Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. Teaching qualification relevant to Primary education. At least 2 years of teaching experience in a primary educational setting, specifically in Year 2. Strong understanding of the child development process and effective teaching strategies for this age group. Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills. Passion for engaging students and fostering their love for learning. Ability to utilize technology effectively to enhance student learning experiences.
