Team Leadership & Strategic Restructuring Audit & Rebuild: Evaluate the current content ecosystem and restructure the team to directly support the Growth Marketing function. Agile Content Operations: Move the team from a "service desk" model to a proactive "growth partner" model, ensuring content production aligns with high-priority experiments and funnel optimisations. Performance Integration: Work alongside Growth marketing teams to ensure content is mapped to the customer journey and optimized for conversion. 2. Brand Narrative & Storytelling Own the Narrative: Refine and scale the Teleport brand voice, ensuring we stand out in a traditional logistics industry as the modern, digital-first alternative. The "ecommerce" Voice: Develop compelling narratives that resonate with B2B stakeholders, e-commerce giants, and SMEs alike. Content Pillars: Establish core content pillars that position Teleport as a thought leader in logistics technology, infrastructure, and regional connectivity. 3. Multi-Channel Management Omni-channel Strategy: Oversee the distribution strategy across all digital touchpoints (incl: LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Email). Performance Content: Collaborate with the Paid Media team to create high-performing ad creative, landing page copy, and lead magnets. SEO & Organic Growth: Drive long-term organic traffic by aligning the editorial calendar with search intent and industry trends. Who You Are Experience: 7-10+ years in content marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a fast-scaling Tech or Logistics company. The Hybrid Marketer: You possess the "right brain" for creative storytelling and the "left brain" for data-driven growth metrics. The Builder: You have a proven track record of hiring, mentoring, and restructuring teams to meet evolving business goals. The Storyteller: You can take complex supply-chain concepts and turn them into punchy, accessible, and persuasive content. Agile: Moves with agility to optimise impact to team and organisation
