At Teleport, we balance speed with precision to help build the right team, fast. Partner with hiring managers to align on role needs and craft job scopes that attract the right talent. Build and manage strong pipelines of high-potential candidates across various sourcing channels. Run efficient in-house and virtual screening processes that balance speed with precision. Ensure every candidate has a clear, consistent, and engaging experience from first touch to offer. Innovate recruitment tactics to keep up with market shifts and talent trends. Contribute to the improvement of recruitment processes to support scalable hiring across the region. What you’ll need - Essentials A strong drive to attract high-impact talent that fuels growth. Hands-on experience owning the full recruitment cycle in a fast-paced environment. Passion for assessments, structured evaluations, and smart offer negotiations. Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to align with multiple stakeholders quickly. A proactive problem-solver who thrives on autonomy and seizing new opportunities. A data-first mindset with comfort using automation tools to scale hiring effectively. What you’ll need - Desirables Previous experience working in a startup, tech, or hyper-growth environment.
