That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to: 1. Business Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics industry to achieve revenue targets. 2. Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and excellent service. 3. Solution Presentation: Present and explain our logistics solutions to potential clients, addressing their unique needs and challenges. 4. Proposal Development: Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. 5. Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable contracts. 6. Communication: coordinate internally with cross functional teams on the business implementation; maintain good relationships with external resources and vendors to acquire market information for better solutions and services. Job Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Marketing, E-commerce, International Trade, or related fields. 2. Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in sales or air logistics, business development; experience in e-commerce or cargo industry is a plus. 3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members. 4. Learning Ability: Strong ability to quickly grasp product and market information. 5. Teamwork: Demonstrated team spirit, capable of playing an active role within the team. 6.
