Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (revenue management, solutioning, customer success, operations, legal, finance, marketing) to ensure seamless execution. What You Need: 1. Deep understanding and network within the global air cargo industry. 2. Proven expertise in strategic business development and planning. 3. Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills. 4. 5-10 years of business development experience, with at least 3 years in air cargo logistics or freight forwarding. 5.
