Overview of the Role This role plays a crucial role in guiding our strategy through data storytelling, analysis of financial performance, and operational reporting. You will work in partnership with department leaders to provide valuable analytics, dashboards, and reports that aid business planning, workforce strategy, and client service delivery. Main duties include: Analyze financial, operational, and people data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Design and maintain dynamic dashboards (Power BI, Fathom) and automated reporting tools. Deliver insights to support performance reviews, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning. Translate complex data into compelling narratives for executive and operational leaders. Support change initiatives and workforce planning with scenario modelling and impact analysis. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and aligned KPIs. Mentor analysts and promote data literacy across the business   Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or similar (postgrad a plus). With at least 5–8 years in analytics, business insights, or financial reporting roles. Strong experience working with large datasets and cross-functional business units. Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders with clear, actionable insights. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong attention to detail, strategic mindset, and leadership capability.
